Terms and conditions
All products are guaranteed by the Artist and a full refund of cost less postage will be given if you are disappointed with the product and it is returned in its original condition.
Postage of goods will be made on the next following working day after purchase when the funds have been paid, or when cheque is cleared by the bank.
All goods have proof of posting and when required on goods over £25.00 the postage will be by recorded delivery.
Goods aimed at children under 3 years of age are garmented safe for use by infants, this is stated on product page. If not stated then they have not been approved for use by children under 3 years of age.
Ordering By PAY-PAL
It is SAFE and convenient to pay via PAY-PAL. transactions are guaranteed safe and orders will be posted on the next working day.

Postage and packaging is included in the price.
Orders will only be posted when the cheque has cleared in the bank. This can take up to a week after receipt.
Faulty or damaged goods to be returned within 14 days of reciept, refund will be payed in full for item when returned within the stated time, postage and packaging to return item to us is non refundable.

Postage & Packing
All orders To be arranged via email or phone call and a price agreed upon and paid before posting
Please note we can not be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail. Orders 'lost in the Post' are normally very rare, however if this does occur we will replace items where possible, otherwise a refund or replacement will be offered. We offer a signed for postal service which includes insurance.
Postage & Packing within the UK
We have no minimum order, and pricing for the UK is already included in the price for our products
All order over £30.00 are sent signed for (recorded) FREE
All orders are usually sent within 3 working days.
European and Worldwide Postage & Packing
For all orders for Europe and worldwide are advised to contact us for postage and packaging costs.

Returns and exchanges
We will replace faulty or damaged items sent, if you email to telephone us within 7 days of receipt. We try not to make mistakes, but very occasionally this happens, and we will do all we can to sort them out.
Refunds for unwanted goods will be given, minus the postage charges, on receipt of returned goods in a re-saleable condition.
All orders include VAT @ 17.5%
A full refund will be given for faulty or damaged goods.
